This paper explores the integration of well-being into foreign language education for students in Catalonia, utilizing Martin Seligman's PERMA model. By examining the curriculum for basic education in Catalonia and insights from educational theorists, the study establishes a connection between education, student well-being, and the PERMA model's elements. The paper proposes practical tasks tailored for the foreign language classroom to enhance student well-being. These tasks aim to create a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering language proficiency and overall development. The conclusions highlight the significance of integrating well-being into foreign language education, promoting mental health, optimizing language learning outcomes, and preparing students for a globalized society.
