A proposal of concrete teaching tasks base don well-being focused theories and enclosed in the new catalan curriculum for basic education

By examining the curriculum for basic education in Catalonia and insights from educational theorists, the study establishes a connection between education, student well-being, and the PERMA model's elements. The paper proposes practical tasks tailored for the foreign language classroom to enhance student well-being. These tasks aim to create a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering language proficiency and overall development. The conclusions highlight the significance of integrating well-being into foreign language education, promoting mental health, optimizing language learning outcomes, and preparing students for a globalized society.
