Endurance for Emerging Artists in the Digital Age: Mentorship, Entrepreneurial Training, and Networks

Abstract

We present an applied project in collaboration with the Barcelona Academy of Art, for whom we developed the BAA Mentorship Program. Over the last months, we designed an implementation plan for this program including logistics, finance, communication, market research, and customer journeys, as presented in this document. Throughout this process, we experienced a turning point: a manifestation of our vision to empower emerging artists in the digital age. This true potential took the shape of cal·i·co, as explained in the second half of this document . The BAA Mentorship Program is the proof of concept for this vision.
