Els recursos que es farà servir per crear el disseny serà a través de Figma i Canva.; This work consists of the creation of the design of a mobile application aimed at improving the health status of users and also at helping healthcare personnel to reduce their workload through artificial intelligence. The application will allow individual users to have better adherence to drug treatments, to create a weekly or monthly nutritional plan thanks to the implementation of AI, to implement a new exercise routine and to ask questions in a chat using AI in case of any doubts related to healthcare. Regarding healthcare personnel, the application is focused as a tool to generate more accurate diagnoses and treatments. The design of the application will be carried out with the intention of providing a rewarding user experience. To do this, attractive patterns will be applied, but at the same time simple and intuitive, so that the user cannot have any kind of confusion while using the application. The resources that will be used to create the design will be through Figma and Canva.

<title>3rd Research Workshop: Missions, leadership and sustainability (UIC 2018 - Barcelona)</title>

<description>3rd Research Workshop: Missions, leadership and sustainability (UIC 2018 - Barcelona)
Cátedra Dirección por Misiones y Gobierno Corporativo. UIC Barcelona
The III Research Workshop on Missions, Strategy, and Culture of the Universitat International de Catalunya has left us an interesting collection of papers. In different ways, they discuss connections between corporate mission and crucial organizational elements, such us strategy, sustainability, leadership, and social enterprise. All of them make a contribution to a better understanding of the relevance of the mission and how to carry out management by mission. Some papers also showed the complexity of this topics and its character interdisciplinary, which includes management and organizational studies, social sciences and even philosophy and theology.&#13;
&#13;
Often, any research raises new questions and open the door to further research, as well as to knowledge advances. This is what occurred in discussing papers presented at this workshop. They invite to reflect on a research agenda, which, from my point of view, may include at least seven areas, as they are outlined next.&#13;
&#13;
First, philosophical reflections on mission for a better understanding of this concept. Mission should be connected with the purpose of the firm within the society. which gives legitimacy to business firms. I would suggest distinguishing the generic mission of any business firm, and particular mission statement chosen by any particular company. There is necessary to keep consistency between the latter and the former.&#13;
&#13;
A second area of research, can be oriented to gain an understanding on the role of the corporative mission, as a fundamental normative statement of the company or institution, and its connection with corporate values and ethics.&#13;
&#13;
Studying the formulation and implementation of mission statements would be a third area. The implementation should focus on key elements of the organization, including strategy, objectives, structure, leadership, change management, and sustainability. It could be relevant both, empirical and conceptual research.&#13;
&#13;
A forth and more practical perspective, is studying how to integrate corporate mission into the organizational activity: including decision-making, design of policies, management systems (communication, motivation, performance appraisal, among others) and practices.&#13;
&#13;
A fifth area, can be related to study particular missions with an effective implementation and their consequences for behavioral performance (job satisfaction, learning, employee engagement, corporate citizenship behavior, etc.) and for corporate culture.&#13;
&#13;
A sixth area is about the interface between particular mission and corporate mission: problems and proposals for increasing its harmonization. Finally, I think, it can be very interesting to explore the application of management by missions to fields such as education, politics, and cultural institutions.&#13;
&#13;
These seven areas are not by all means exhaustive, but hopefully they can bring about significant advances in management by missions.

<title>2nd Research Workshop: Missions, leadership and sustainability (UIC 2016 - Barcelona)</title>

<description>2nd Research Workshop: Missions, leadership and sustainability (UIC 2016 - Barcelona)
Cátedra Dirección por Misiones y Gobierno Corporativo. UIC Barcelona
In this book the abstracts as well as the full text of the papers, collected from various countries, presented at the Second Research Workshop "Mission, Leadership and Sustainability" organized by the Chair Management by Missions and Corporate Governance from UIC on March 3rd, 2016 are collected. The workshop took place the day before the Symposium organized under the same title by the Chair, which brought together several hundred business executives to discuss the same topic: sustainability from the point of view of the mission. This was also the central theme of the workshop, but it was treated from an academic perspective with the aim of collect and discuss scientific contributions and recent developments on mission. With these activities, one of the inspirational objectives of the Chair, which is to promote research projects, teaching and transmitting knowledge concerning the model of Management by Missions (MBM), is being developed.&#13;
&#13;
In this research workshop management by missions has been analyzed both in theory and in practice. In the theoretical research (Part. I. Academic Research papers) has been studied the economic, strategic, organizational, social, motivational and anthropological foundations behind this trend. In the practical field (Part II. Practical Papers) ways in which organizations introduce this new form of management and the best practices to promote its development have been presented. Specifically, the the following topics have been proposed:&#13;
&#13;
Missions and leadership; Missions and leadership; Missions and sustainability; Missions and sustainability; Personal mission; Personal-Organizational mission integration
