Spain is one of the countries with the highest risk for social exclusion and now more than ever, living during the COVID pandemic has led to increased unemployment and isolation. Barcelona, being a multicultural city, shows a big concern for the social
causes of its city and counts not only as a trendsetter for the arts and culture, but also for socio-cultural initiatives, and we want to add to this! b.hive organizes, manages, and promotes arts and crafts related workshops focused on strengthening social and cultural inclusion. We want to build a safe space for artistic expression that strengthens social ties and makes exchange amongst different demographic groups possible, giving them the chance to cross paths and create relationships.
